Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) A three-component condensation reaction of Fmoc-carbamate, aldehydes, and alkylphosphinic acids provides a new, direct, and efficient method for synthesizing Fmoc-protected phosphinic pseudodipeptidic blocks, directly usable for solid-phase peptide synthesis.
