Abstract
In this paper, we present a wireless synchronized platform for healthcare through the long-term and off-line monitoring of biological signals like heart rate and peripheral oxygen saturation, and capable of performing gait and posture analysis based on muscle activity assessment. The preliminary experimental results on a healthy subject proved both the accuracy of time synchronization, achieved through a novel approach and the functionality of the proposed system.
