Zhihong Li

和谐管理研究中心助理研究员目前在西交利物浦大学和谐管理研究中心担任助理研究员，主要职责是支持以和谐管理理论为指导的研究项目，开展辅助性的研究工作，协助中心的日常运作等。主要的工作内容分为研究导向和日常运营两个方面。Responsibility is conducting research related to HeXie Management Theory and assist with the daily operation of the Centre. Also need to support the organisation of events and training activities, including collaborative projects with external bodies.

Before joined the HeXie Management Research Centre, I worked as a team leader of the Administration Team in the Institute of Leadership and Education Advanced Development within Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. I have rich experience in academic event planning and support. And in the meantime, I am skilled in internal activity overall planning, assisting with hosting the internal formal meeting, and action follow-up etc.
