Dr. Tong Wu is currently a lecturer at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She earned her PhD in the management of technology from University of Technology Malaysia. Her research interests involve business model innovation, digital transformation, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. In particular, she is interested in helping organisations and start-ups innovate and transform their business models to stay ahead of the competition in an ever-changing, competitive business environment. She has worked as a business researcher for a university spin-off that is in close collaboration with tech industry. Prior to joining XJTLU, she organised and co-organised several hands-on workshops, lectures, and talks at University of Technology Malaysia, specifically designed to equip entrepreneurs with the necessary skills to start their new ventures . She has also worked with SMEs and start-ups to provide business advice, training, and market research.
