Abstract

Prospective university students often face challenges to choose an appropriate institute and program. The options can be bewildering and the decision can have a massive impact on both the quality of the student experience and future career prospects. This paper proposes the Primitive Cognitive Network Process for university program selection. This helps students to make an informed and structured decision when selecting a university based on key selection criteria and personal requirements.
