Abstract
Amidst rapid transformation of land and migration of people away from traditional settlements, the film explores two distinct approaches for articulating heritage with modernity. While the Bridge School (2010 Award Recipient) critically engages with the energy of rural communities, Urban Tulou (2010 shortlist) incorporates traditional living patterns into modern city life.
