Abstract

Because of the lack of studies on micro-blog influence quantification, based on the linear weight, a quantitative model, named MIQM, was proposed, which was combined with number of comments, retweets, and the geographical distribution of spreading. The model considered both group's attention and information's diffusion. Impacts were analyzed locally and globally. The result showed that the correlation between MIQM local model and comments rate is 0.43, and the correlation between MIQM global model and number of retweets is 0.98, which means that the local model can highlight posts with high attention, and global model can find posts with wide spreading.
