Abstract

In recent years, affordable and clean energy have been the popular sustainable development goals for many countries. To support this goal, the carbon neutrality initiative has been embraced by many to reduce carbon emissions. The adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs), which rely on clean energy sources, can help achieve this goal. EV technology is advancing rapidly, driven by the integration of Machine Learning (ML). ML has significantly impacted various areas of our lives, including its application in EVs. ML has shown potential in improving battery system management efficiently, optimizing drive and charging management. The main goal of this paper is to provide clear research directions for implementing machine learning in EVs.
