N2 - This paper investigated learners' satisfaction toward using instant responses system (IRS) in an online course. A survey was conducted for assessing how IRS's functionalities (feedback, engagement, and usability) affect learners' satisfaction. Thus, this study used "Kahoot" as a learning platform to facilitate meaningful learning. A total of 26 students from "e-learning theory and practice" courses participated in the study. Data was analyzed using regression analysis. The results revealed learner's feedback and usability had a significant influence on the learning satisfaction of IRS-based online course. On the other hand engagement did not show any significant influence on the learning satisfaction of IRS-based online course. Discussions and implications of this study are also presented.
