Abstract

This paper aims to bidirectional interacting between knowledge absorber and disseminator for knowledge in the process of knowledge transfer. The concept of disseminative capacity is proposed in light of the concept of absorptive capacity, to analyze the differences of disseminative capacity among members in network organization. The method of simulations is employed to investigate behavioral dynamics pattern of network organizational structure, emerging from the process of knowledge transferring from two perspectives of stochastic and certain disseminative capacity.
