Key factors affecting user experience of mobile recommendation systems

Abstract

With the growing need for user-friendly design of mobile software, user experience has attracted more attention from researchers and practitioners. In particular, it is vital to improve the user acceptance of mobile recommendation systems that are new technologies that provide convenience for mobile device users. Based on recent studies, this paper provides a conceptual framework including important factors that affect the user experience of mobile recommendation. These factors range from basic factors in terms of classification to other effective factors including personalization, privacy and social norms.
