N2 - a wireless power transmission (WPT) prototype for EV with constant current charging and constant voltage charging characteristics is built up to systematically analyze LCL-S and SS compensation topology. The transmission efficiencies have been improved tremendously to 94.02% for SS compensation and 87.3% for LCL-S compensation when the coil distance is 15cm. The output powers at different resistance levels are discussed and compared.
