Abstract

This article devotes to the design and implementation of a band-pass filter for ultra-wideband with optimize consumption application using the 3.3V, 0.35um CMOS double-poly process and measurement. The simulation and measuring results exhibit a frequency of 1MHz sinusoidal wave and matches this designed with antenna.
