Abstract

This paper aims at exploring the root causes of project failure vis-à-vis Information Communication Technology & Management factors in Afghanistan. In addition, we will also highlight how this affects public and private sector organizations. Although, this study explores the project failures in Afghan context, yet it holds similar bearing to other developing countries. The paper provides a mini survey based on extensive review of the literature and analysis of failed projects in Afghanistan in the recent years.
