Abstract

A managing system based on internet of things (IOT) and context awareness, i.e. context information of time and position for vehicles, information of state for resources and information of measurement and billing, is proposed according to the policy for developing smart charging and swapping service network through integration of radio frequency identification (RFID), sensor network and different communication technologies. Furthermore, based on deeper information integration and analysis, advanced functions, such as appointment, automatic management of entrance and exit, management of service positions, discrimination of service procedure, overall display, statistical analysis, and resource dispatching are developed. The operating efficiency and automation level of electric vehicle smart charging and swapping service network can be tangibly improved.
