Abstract

This paper aims to discuss a feasibility analysis for edge computing technical issue fusion in Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) Internet of Thing (IoT) Environment with Software Defined Network (SDN) structure. We focus on compare three popular LPWA IoT communication protocols and make a comparative analysis with some sectors for fusing edge-computing method in this environment with SDN structure. We also propose possible application fields and related recommendations in LPWA IoT network environment. In the end, we propose some suggestions and notices for facing the challenge of the new network environment era.
