Abstract

At present, power service for electric vehicles (EV) is an emerging industry and there is still not an overall evaluation method for it. According to complex network theory and its application in the field of power grids, new indices such as risk distance of endurance, energy density of endurance and service ability of network are developed to incarnate the influences of such factors as distance between swapping station and distribution of batteries on overall service ability of smart charging and swapping network. Calculation examples show that as an effective tool for the analysis and evaluation of smart charging and swapping network the above-mentioned method can be successfully applied in the fields of planning of smart charging and swapping networks, decision-making of clients' charging and swapping paths and dynamic operational monitoring.
