    Abstract

    “Future Archive” is an international exhibition hosting prestigious artists and practitioners curated by Zhonghao Chen and Jie Hai, a well-respected Chinese curator. The curation consists of establishing the academic frameworks, selecting artists, project management, exhibition design, onsite inspection, media production, and so on to support the full execution of the exhibition.

    The exhibition was held at one of the most prestigious museums in China- the Hanshan Museum. The Museum was founded by the Suzhou Government and received numerous awards.

    This curatorial project was heavily peer-reviewed. In addition, the museum and the government supported the project financially. The curator and project leader – Zhonghao, received 600000.00 thousands RMB worth of financial in support of exhibition design, exhibition construction, installation cost, promotion cost, events cost, Etc.

    The exhibition generated a substantial impact. It received a lot of media coverage and visitors. The exhibition also facilitates international dialogues regarding art, technology, and media at the intersection of locality and globality in Suzhou and beyond.
