abstract = "As research on private education policy deepens and awareness increases, more and more private schools are beginning to focus on the evolution of policy and the leadership models adopted. As a result of ongoing research, it has become a new topic to consider leadership models from the perspective of policy development. From the latest {\textquoteleft}double reduction{\textquoteright} policy, it is possible to review the logic of the development of private education policy in China. And then it will analyze the similarities and differences between the leadership models of public and private institutions. It finds that the styles of leadership and motivation are very different, but that the decision-making styles in the leadership behavior process are essentially the same. This result can also be applied in the field of education, where the leadership model in public schools differs from that in public schools, but the decision-making styles in the core components are convergent, and the motivational styles for staff differ from the previous mode. Therefore, the choice of moral leadership theory to guide the current leadership improvement of private school headmasters is an important approach.",

From August 2020 till 2022, I was the funding principal of Peking University New Century Shiheng School in Jiangsu Province. From 2016 to 2019, I was the principal of Rugao International Academy, BFSU, which is a K-12 school affiliated with Beijing foreign Study University. Since 2019, I have been the principal of Oversees Chinese Academy Chiway, Suzhou. Before I became a director of different division of Suzhou Education Bureau, I was a teacher in local university. I have in charge of international education exchange and cooperation field in Suzhou City since 2004. After that I became a principal for high school. As a researcher worked in education arena, I am keen to do comparison with different countries on a special educational issue. When I became the principal of Suzhou Senior High Art School of Jiangsu Province, I devote myself to secondary education in China; focus on Aesthetic Education in urban and rural area. And I had some key findings in my area. However, I am not satisfied with the data or conclusions, since those just limited in domestic land. I am wondering if I can raise the research on a global domain. And then, I encourage myself to become a visiting scholar at College of Education of University of Maryland in US. During three months{\textquoteright} research on the Interaction between Aesthetic Education in School and Regional Economic and Social Development, I come back to my school. According to my work experience, I am very familiar with China{\textquoteright}s education system, including Higher education, secondary education, and international education. ",
