N2 - 以认证标准(内容)变革为切入点,梳理了中英规划教育专业认证的演化历程,分析总结了各阶段发展特点。并通过对认证委员会、认证范围、申请条件和认证标准等影响现行规划教育专业认证的关键因素,以及专业认证与执业认证的关系等方面进行对比分析,辨析两国认证体系的特征,总结得出我国在协调规划教育与规划行业之间关系、营造自我监控的文化氛围、拓宽认证范围等方面可以学习借鉴英国经验。建议我国下一阶段的规划教育专业认证改革应在兼顾宏观与微观、内外部因素结合、树立良好的价值导向、拓展与精细管理等方面进行改革优化,以确保规划人才的培养质量得到社会认可、满足发展需要。By reviewing the reform of accreditation standards (contents), this paper explores the evolution of planning education accreditation in China and the UK from a longitudinal perspective and analyzes and summarizes their characteristics at different stages. A comparative analysis of the key factors that affect the current planning education accreditation in China and the UK has been conducted, including the accreditation committee, the scope of accreditation, application conditions, accreditation criteria, the relationship between education accreditation and practice certification, etc. It is concluded that it is worth learning from the UK’s experience in reconciling the link between planning education and the planning industry, creating a culture of self-monitoring, and broadening the scope of accreditation. Furthermore, it is suggested that the planning education accreditation reform in China should focus on the balance of macro and micro factors, the integration of internal and external factors, the adoption of a value orientation approach, as well as scope expansion and fine management, thereby ensuring that the quality of planning practitioners would be recognized by employers and other relevant stakeholders and could meet the needs of future development.
