Yidan(Elaine) is now working as Transferable Skills Training Specialist at IBSS Work Placement, Employability and Career Development(WEC) team to provide soft skills training and career development consulting service. She obtained full-time MBA degree from Lancaster University Management School in 2020. She has been keen on supporting and guiding tertiary students and young professionals to unlock their untapped potential for career development. Her working experience ranges from international education, training, management, digital marketing to decarbonised transportation. She has been trained as the career development practitioner under the guidance of NCDA(National Career Development Association). She is also a certified Belbin Team Roles consultant.
