Yidan (Elaine) is a Transferable Skills Training Specialist in the IBSS Work Placement, Employability, and Career Development (WEC) team. She earned her MBA from Lancaster University Management School in 2020 and is passionate about supporting students and young professionals unlock their potential for career success.

Since 2013, Elaine has delivered over 2,300 teaching hours and facilitated more than 300 lectures and workshops. Her expertise spans international education, training, management, and digital marketing, complemented by certifications as a career development practitioner (NCDA) and Belbin Team Roles consultant.
