和谐管理研究中心商务合作经理2022年9月加入和谐管理研究中心,担任商务合作经理。主要负责支持以和谐管理理论为指导的研究工作,推广和谐管理理论的应用与实践工作,以扩展和谐管理生态链为基础,强化高校、政府、企业之间的资源共享、优势互补、合作共赢。协助推进西浦人才战略创新研究院各项工作,主要包括项目运营方案制作、项目实施、项目相关研究资料整理归纳、协助撰写研究报告等;将通过丰富的职场经验、务实进取的工作态度、富有挑战和创新的精神链接高质量的合作伙伴、支持和谐管理研究中心的发展。目前重点推进ESG项目。本科就读于中南大学电子信息工程专业;硕士毕业于中国人民大学公共组织与人力资源专业(管理学硕士)Yanping Gu joined HeXie Management Research Centre in 2022 as a Business Engagement Manager. The main responsibilities are supporting the research work of HeXie Management theory, promoting the practice activities of HeXie Management theory, and strengthening the resource sharing, complementary advantages and win-win cooperation among universities, governments and enterprises, which are based on the expansion of the ecological chain of HeXie Management. Assisting in the work of the XJTLU Institute of Strategic Human Resources, including making project operation plan, project implementation, project-related research data collation, assistance in writing research reports and so on. Through her rich workplace experience, pragmatic and enterprising work attitude, the spirit of innovation and challenging to connect with high-quality partners support the development of the HeXie Management Research Centre.Currently,the main focus is on advancing ESG projects
