Xinyu He is working as Student Programme Officer in Learning Institute for Future Excellence (LIFE), Academy of Future Education (AoFE), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU).

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Research-led and Project-based Learning Module for Year 1 undergraduate students at XJTLU, ensuring that the curriculum is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the university's educational objectives.
• Collaborate with faculty members and educational experts to design and implement effective PG and UG Pre-sessional programmes that prepare students for success in their academic pursuits.
• Provide support and management for various student-related activities and programmes, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that enhances the overall student experience.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the learning modules and pre-sessional programmes through feedback analysis and data-driven insights, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the student body.
• Foster strong partnerships with academic departments, student services, and external stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience and support the holistic development of students.
