Xiaoyu Zhang

Xiaoyu completed her undergraduate studies at XJTLU IBSS, majoring in Accounting from 2012 to 2016. After a few years of exploring the business world, she pursued an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College Business School in the UK in 2019.

Following her graduation, Xiaoyu worked in the careers center and MBA marketing and recruitment team of business schools in both the UK and China. This experience provided her with valuable international exposure, insights into market trends, and a deep understanding of students' career challenges. Committed to continuous learning, Xiaoyu is a bilingual certified coach and a Global Career Development Facilitator.

Currently, Xiaoyu serves as the Senior Employability Officer in the IBSS WEC team at XJTLU. She is passionate about supporting young professionals in achieving joyful, sustainable, and fulfilling careers.
