Xiaoxiang Shi

Mr. Xiaoxiang Shi received his Master of Science degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Xi 'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in August 2024, and joined HeXie Management Research Centre as a Community Support Officer after graduation. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to the organization, promotion, support and recovery of various activities of the Centre, as well as the support of various administrative work to assist the center to operate more efficiently. He will strive to dedicate himself to the HeXie Management Research Centre. His main research interests are the application of HeXie management theory in the intergenerational inheritance of family businesses and the research on elderly education.
