Huang Wei obtained her master's degree in Cultural Creativity and Entrepreneurship from the University of Leeds in 2019. She presently occupies the position of Research Engagement Officer at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her principal duties are centred around rendering assistance in the exploration and advancement of HeXie management theory, whilst also providing support to the daily operations of the HeXie Management Research Centre. The fundamental facets of her role encompass the collection of research data, the drafting of research reports and devising strategic plans for related branding activities.
