Ruisi Fan

Ruisi Fan received her Master Degree in Public Policy from University College London in 2023 and joined HeXie Management Research Centre in December 2023 as an Executive Assistant. Her current role is to provide administrative and executive support to the HoD and to support important projects and tasks related to the Centre. The main duties include providing support to the HoD and the Centre's leadership team in the daily operation, as well as assisting in the development of the Centre's activities and implementation of projects. She will contribute to the development of HeXie Management Research Centre by working conscientiously, carefully and proactively. Her research interests focus on executive compensation and firm performance, as well as the application of HeXie management theory.
