Li Wei

Li Wei (Lily) has been working at XJTLU for ten years, gaining rich experience in administration in academic affairs. She works as Deputy Head of Taicang Central Office to take charge of external liaison with HEIs and government. Moreover, she also facilitates the strategic management and implementation of OKRs to support the strategic development of the Universitys Model 2.0, i.e. XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang).Before joining XJTLU, Li Wei worked in industry, and had gained rich professional experience in the fields of international logistics, international supply chain, international trading and sourcing. She also worked as a part-time Business English Course (BEC) teacher in a couple professional training companies in Suzhou and Kunshan.Start date at XJTLU: November, 2013
