Kaiqin Jiang is a certified career development facilitator and serves as the senior student employability officer at IBSS. She has her passion and expertise in people development. She has over 9 years of experience in studying and working in international higher education institutions. She obtained her MSc degree from the University of Edinburgh in International Human Resource Management and became a Level 7 Associate Member (Assoc CIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has over 3 years of coaching, career consultation and transferable skills training experiences as an employability educator in higher education. She is a Certified Career Advisor (CA), and a Global Career Development Facilitator candidate (GCDF). Presently she is acquiring Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Currently she is the President in an Advanced Toastmasters International(a non-profit educational organization) Club.
