Personal profile

Dr. Yingli Shi is currently the Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, School of Advanced Technology at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). Dr. Yingli Shi received her B.S. degree from Tianjin Polytechnic University in 2015. In 2018, she got her M.S. degree at the Institute of Functional Nano Soft Materials (FUNSOM) of Soochow University. In 2022, she received Ph.D. degree from The University of Hong Kong. Her current research interests include organic micro/nanocrystals and their optoelectronic applications. The research directions also include the characterization of wide bandgap semiconductors and their applications in optoelectronic devices, including ZnO, Ga2O3 and Al2O3. 

Accepting RAs and MRes with background in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, and other related fields.
