Engaging in the modernization research of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the construction of quality formation mechanisms for medicinal materials and agricultural products, and the development of models for tracing the origin of produce. Currently, the main focus is on the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
