Personal profile

Personal profile

I received my BSc and MSc degrees from School of Mathematics, Shandong University and obtained my PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from Department of Mathematical Sciences, Loughborough University, under the supervision of Professor Phil McIver. The mainly research we have done is about wave propagations through periodic structures by the asymptotic methods of matched asymptotic expansions and multiple scales. My current research interest is mainly to use asymptotic methods to consider the wave propagations in various periodic structures, including two- or three-dimensional, finite of infinite arrays.
