Dr. Wu is an Associate Professor of Finance. She obtained her PhD from Exeter University, UK, and an MSc from Imperial College London. Prior to joining XJTLU, she worked at Nanjing University and China Europe International Business School. She also has bank working experience.She is interested in managerial and corporate drivers of productivity and growth. Her research areas include the impact of digitalization on the capital market and corporate governance (e.g., ESG). She has published in Journal of Accounting and Economics, and Harvard Business Review. She has been PI of a National Science Foundation for Young Scholars of China and Co-PI of a State Key Program of National Natural Science of China. She also won teaching awards at university level, province level and at state level.
