Qianyao Huang attains the degree of Doctor of Management Science for the field of Enterprise Management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Her research focuses on leadership, especially on the influence of leaders’ bias and orientation, leaders’ morality, and leader-member exchange (LMX) on various team and individual outcomes such as creativity and helping behaviors. Through her research, Dr. Huang aims to advance the understanding of the multilevel antecedents and consequences of important management and leader practices. Her works have been published in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Business Ethics.
