Dr. Eng. Karim H. Moussa is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Internet of Things, Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He obtained his B.Sc., M.Sc., and PhD degrees in electrical engineering (communications and electronic) from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 2006, 2011, and 2016 respectively.With a strong academic background, Dr. Moussa has contributed significantly to the field of research. He has authored over 36 scientific papers, which have been presented at both national and international conferences and published in reputable journals. Additionally, he has successfully secured project funding exceeding 100,000 USD from Science, Technology, and Innovation Funding Authorities.Dr. Moussas research interests encompass various areas, including the application of Internet of Things in health monitoring and environmental control, digital signal processing, multimedia, data security, communication networks, mobile communication systems, multiuser MIMO systems, massive MIMO, and engineering optimization.
