Evgeniia is an Assistant Professor at the HeXie Research Centre at XJTLU Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her expertise lies in sustainable governance, ESG ratings, and the intersection of ESG practices and digital technologies.
Evgeniia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in economics from the University of Perugia, Italy, and has contributed research to journals such as Business Strategy and the Environment and Sustainability. She delivered courses on corporate governance, sustainability strategies, and sustainable finance at the University of Perugia in Italy and HSE University in Russia.
Additionally, Evgeniia has worked as a consultant on GRI reports and corporate social responsibility strategies for large Russian corporations. In 2019, she spearheaded the launch of a local ESG rating for over 250 Russian listed companies, which continues to operate.
