Deborah Frances Mulcair (Dr Deb) is an Associate Professor of Practice. She brings extensive industry experience and a track record of teaching excellence to her position at IBSS. Throughout her career, she worked in industry. Most of her experience is in corporate finance and management consulting. Deb worked for a multinational oil company and consulted on projects for the Business Development Bank of Canada, The Insurance Brokers Association of Québec, and Canadian Pacific Limited. Deb is experienced in Executive Education and the development of Financial Training Academies. She enjoys bringing practical experience to the classroom and teaching in the context of practice. Her volunteer experience includes Chair of University Budget Analysis at Vancouver Island University and a Director for the LaSalle Credit Union in Québec.
