After the successful collaboration with iGuzzini and IDI, organized last year, a new design event “The Week of Light” will present three interconnected workshops aiming to investigate and envision he future of Light in 3 different scenarios:
- The Future of light in RESIDENTIAL space;
- The Future of in WORKPLACE space;
- The Future of light in SOCIAL space.

SPECULATIVE DESIGN FRAMEWORK
Following a SPECULATIVE DESIGN FRAMEWORK, the participants will be involved in brainstorming sessions and activities where they will be encouraged to share their ideas and insights about the future of lighting design under the supervision of tutors and guests.

IGUZZINI VISIT
The participants will be hosted by iGuzzini Group to visit the branch in Shanghai and be introduced to their brand identity and visions.

DESIGN VISION AI
During the design vision phase, participants will use generative AI tools to visualize the future of lighting on the three different proposed scenarios.
A Jury panel will provide feedback and select the best proposals that will be exhibited at IDI Shanghai 2024.
