Description

This interactive workshop focuses on enhancing feedback practices in higher education
through the strategic use of dialogic questioning and feedforward. Participants will explore
the theoretical underpinnings of these approaches and their application to providing
constructive feedback on student drafts. Through practical examples and collaborative
activities, participants will develop skills in asking probing questions that stimulate critical
thinking and offering forward-looking guidance for student improvement. By the end of the
workshop, participants will be equipped with a toolkit of strategies to transform feedback
into a powerful tool for student growth and development.
