Key factors affecting user experience of mobile crowdsourcing applications

Abstract

With the Increasing popularity of Information communication technologies, crowdsowcing has become a significant method for companies to involve customers in various enterprises' activities. Also, since user experience (UX) emerges as an important element in the design of interactive products, it is essential to indentify the main detcnninants that can improve UX. Based on recent siudics, this paper provides a conceptual framework indicating key factors that influence the LJX of mobile crowdsourcing applications. These factors range from easiness of tasks in crowdsourcing applications, users' attitudes towards crowdsourcisg companies, social influences to economic reward in crowdsourcing activities.
