Bandpass Continuous-time Sigma-delta Modulators for PLL Chip Design in Wireless Charging Module

Abstract

This article employing PLL frequency synthesis to consist of continuous-time (CT) sigma-delta ($\Sigma \Delta$) modulator,voltage-controlled oscillator with divider and bandpass filter with phase detector is presented and implemented in tsmc 0.18 um CMOS technology. The phase lock loop (PLL) is proposed to lock the phase discrepancy among the wireless charging transmitting current and receiving voltage,at which report the module achieves excellence efficiency from RF wireless analog transmitter and receiver.
