We design a device-Biological Proportional Operational Mu-circuit (P-BOM) incorporating AND/OR gate and operational amplifier into one circuit and explore its behaviors through simulation. The results imply that we can control input-output proportionly by manipulating the RBS of hrpR, hrpS, tetR and output gene.",
