Abstract

Government employees' perspective of education pursuit is stagnant due to daily standardized work cycle, in a nutshell education acquisition after taking a post is impeccably unstirred. The purpose of this study is to prove that the theory of educating government stakeholders through their tenure by providing m-learning solution showing on their smart phones on daily basis and also provide a consistent environment of continuous education is inevitable and a must-do as an awareness initiative for better productivity across the country and beyond.
