abstract = "QA service is one important service for Telecommunication, while it{\textquoteright}s very difficult because of the variety of question formations. This paper designs and implements an automatic QA system based on knowledge base. We first construct a knowledge base using the Entity-Attribute-Value model. We collect the entities, the corresponding attributes and values from a corpus in Telecommunication domain. We analyze customers{\textquoteright} questions, extract entities and attributes from the questions, get the question type to retrieve answers from the knowledge base. The results show our system work well especially for multiquestions.",
