This paper mainly studies the impact of listed companies on investors' investment decisions after the release of new product announcements. From the internal factors and external factors to analyze the factors affecting investors' decisions, and based on the Bass model to establish a mathematical model, demonstrate and analyze the relationship between the stock market cumulative investment amount and investors' decisions after the announcement of new products.

Key findings

The conclusion of this study reveals the correlation between new product
announcements and the stock market response, providing investors with a
deeper understanding. However, understanding the importance and
information value of new product announcements alone is not enough to help
investors make scientific and rational decisions. Investors also need to
understand how to invest, when to invest, and how much to invest, among
oth er key issues. Therefore, this paper is committed to using mathematical
models to quantitatively analyze investor responses to new product
announcements and to accurately predict investor behavior and stock market
volatility. This will help investors make more efficient investment decisions and
provide support for the company's strategic decision making.
