Dr. Ying Feng is Assistant Professor in Strategic Management. Prior to her position in IBSS, Ying worked as Assistant Professor in Strategic Management in Rennes School of Business, France. Ying’s research covers a wide range of topics in business, including technology innovation and entrepreneurship, strategic decision-making, resource allocation and corporate governance in both large and small businesses. Her work appears in top-tier journals such as Organization Studies. She uses quantitative and qualitative methods in her research.
