Personal profile

Dr. Jie Li is a Senior Associate Professor in the International Business School Suzhou at XJTLU. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management from Osaka University in 2015. His research interests are in the area of international human resource management, culture, organizational legitimacy, entrepreneurship, and employees’ proactive behavior. His research has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Humanity and Social Science Foundation of Ministry of Education of China (MoE). His work has appeared in such journals as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Journal of Business Ethics. He is Section Editor of Applied Psychology: An International Review and Regional Editor of Asia Pacific Business Review.
