Dr. Yang is an assistant professor at the Department of Strategic Management and Organization. He received both BA and MA in human resource management from Renmin University of China, and Ph.D in Management from CUHK Business School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Yang studies organizational behavior and human resource management. His research has been published in outlets such as Human Resource Management and Journal of Environmental Psychology.
