Dr. Chenyang HE is an Assistant Professor at the HeXie Management Research Centre, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Fudan University and a Ph.D. in public policy from City University of Hong Kong. She is devoted to research topics such as nonprofit organizations, public policy and environmental governance. Her articles have appeared in Public Administration Review (ABS 4*), Public Performance & Management Review (ABS 2), VOLUNTAS (ABS 2), Ecological Indicators, Journal of Cleaner Production, and among others. She is the PI of a National Nature Science Youth Foundation project which explores how to make environmental transparency work in China.
