Dr. Chen Hu joined the Department of Intelligent Operations and Marketing at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University as an Assistant Professor in July 2022. She received her PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University.
Her research interests include sustainable operations management, AI applications in supply chain and operations, and the intersection of operations management and marketing. In her current projects, she focuses on disability-inclusive workforce planning, AI applications in e-commerce platforms, and supply chain coordination with ESG adoption.
